Open roles
1. Technology Editor
Turn complex technology news into clear, accurate articles for a general audience. You will research stories, work from primary sources, and make sure every article ends with practical steps.
- Strong plain language writing and editing in English
- Experience covering consumer technology, AI or the web
- Careful with facts, sources and dates
2. Cybersecurity and Privacy Editor
Lead our coverage of scams, account security, data breaches and privacy settings. You will write tips and guides that help readers protect themselves.
- Solid understanding of common attacks, MFA, passkeys and privacy controls
- Able to explain risk without scaring readers
- Experience writing step by step instructions
3. AI and Machine Learning Expert Contributor
Write and review articles on AI tools, chatbots and how they work, so our readers can use AI safely and critically.
- Professional or academic background in AI, machine learning or NLP
- Able to explain how models work, and their limits, in simple terms
- Interest in responsible and transparent AI use
4. Cybersecurity Expert Reviewer
Review security articles for technical accuracy before and after publication, and suggest topics from real incidents.
- Professional experience in security engineering, testing or incident response
- Familiar with frameworks such as NIST CSF
- Clear, constructive written feedback
5. Cloud and Software Expert Contributor
Explain the software and cloud services people rely on, from updates and backups to outages, and review technical articles in this area.
- Professional experience in software engineering, cloud or infrastructure
- Able to translate technical detail into practical advice
- Interest in reliability, privacy and security
